If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will do what we can to fix the situation.
Before returning any of our products, please read and comply fully with the following Return Policy. If the steps and requirements below are not followed, we will not be able to process your return. We are under no obligation to accept returned products that did not follow this process.
Returns
- Contact us to let us know you wish to return your seeds. This will begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have received our confirmation response.
- We will provide you with a specific mailing address used only for returns. Do not return products to the main office address listed on the website.
- Liberty Seed Bank cannot issue a refund for any product returned to us without this confirmation.


Refunds
Once our shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for the items approved for return using the same method as the original payment.
For instance, if the order was paid for by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
