More About Our Scottie Pippen #33 Seeds And How To Grow Them

Known for its incredibly complex flavor and aroma profile, the Scottie Pippen #33 strain is unique and highly sought-after. The bold and enticing aroma includes hints of skunk and zesty citrus with a sharpness that hits the nostrils long before the herb is ignited. Users with a sensitive palate will taste notes of chocolate, grape, and diesel. The layers of the flavor and aroma of this strain are as legendary as the player it is named after. Even though the aroma is pungent and is released as soon as the buds are broken up, it isn’t overwhelmingly skunky like some cannabis variants.

Dominant Terpenes in Scottie Pippen #33

Scottie Pippen #33’s flavor is sweet and fruity, and is created by the dominant terpenes within its genetic makeup. Its terpene profile is what gives the strain its specific flavors and scents, like skunk and chocolate. The science behind this strain is incredibly complex, and a better understanding of the genetics of the strain can help you choose the right flavor and aroma profiles for your tastes. Myrcene is one of the most dominant terpenes in SP#33 and is known as the “Mother of All Terpenes”. Caryophyllene, which has a spicy and peppery flavor and aroma, can be found in cloves, cinnamon, and cannabis.  You can find Limonene in SP#33 as well as the rinds of citrus fruits such as lemons. Limonene gives off a citrusy smell and flavor and can also help battle anxiety and improve lung function when smoked.

Massive THC Content

Even though this strain is Indica-dominant, it boasts the best effects from both Indica and Sativa herbs. With a massive 30% THC content, this bud is one of the most potent in all of cannabis. The strain features a long-lasting buzz with a balanced blend of energized yet calm effects. Your focus will increase, you will feel more motivated and creative, and your mood will be elevated, making even the most mundane tasks more enjoyable. Most users say that the Scottie Pippen #33 strain boosts their mood and helps alleviate stress and anxiety. The physical aspect of this strain can help calm nerves, ease pain, and relieve fatigue. If you have trouble getting to sleep at night, a few small hits of SP#33 should do the trick. Get ready for one of the most restful nights’ sleep you will ever have, thanks to this amazing herb. The only side effects you may encounter are dry eyes, dry mouth, and a case of the munchies. All of which can be overcome pretty easily.

Dusty Buds

Scottie Pippen #33 plants produce buds that are covered in thick resinous trichomes. The sweet and fragrant aroma and flavor of this strain make it a huge hit among cannabis enthusiasts who enjoy trying new things. If you are growing your cannabis indoors, you can expect to harvest up to 680 grams per square meter. If you grow your bud outdoors, then you can anticipate harvesting as much as 1800 grams per plant. This strain boasts massive yields both indoors and outdoors. Its flowering time is about average, taking around 55-65 days to complete if you grow your plants indoors. If you were to plant your seeds in late Spring, you should be ready to harvest around the beginning to the middle of October. Dialing in the proper conditions indoors will help you grow hefty yields of potent buds. If you have the space to grow your plants outdoors, you will harvest larger yields than you will indoors.

Ideal Conditions For Growing Scottie Pippen #33 Seeds

SP#33 cannabis plants are easy to grow, even if you don’t have any prior experience cultivating marijuana. These plants grow medium to tall and can reach maximum heights of between 5 and 8 feet, which means you’ll need to provide ample vertical and lateral space for these plants to grow correctly. Scottie Pippen #33 plants perform slightly better outdoors than they do indoors. Outdoor plants will grow bigger and fuller if you have access to a greenhouse. While some cultivators prefer to grow their cannabis plants in natural sunlight and fresh air, others prefer the more predictable and easy-to-manipulate indoor growing climate. Whether you grow indoors or outdoors, you are going to need a climate that is similar to that of the Mediterranean. Ideally, the temperature should be between 68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The relative humidity should be between 30% and 50%. If you are going to grow this strain indoors, you will need to replicate the warm and semi-humid climate these plants are naturally used to. If your local weather is similar to its ideal conditions, your crop will produce huge yields of potent buds. However, setting up your grow inside or in a greenhouse will help remove outdoor variables from the equation. The best training method for this strain is the Screen of Green (ScrOG) method. This method helps to reinforce the heaviest and topmost buds so that they don’t bend or break the branches. If you can keep those buds growing until the end of the grow cycle, you will have massive nuggets come harvest time.

One seed didn’t pop, but the team credited my account. The four that grew are absolute beasts.

Plants showed some signs of nutrient sensitivity early on, so I’d recommend starting with a lighter feeding schedule. Once I dialed it back, they took off and look great now.

I put these through some serious stress training—topping and LST—and they bounced back every time without missing a beat. The structure is perfect for a SCROG setup with lots of side branching.

The vitality of these seeds is off the charts. I found a pack I’d forgotten about for over a year in a drawer, and all three seeds still popped. Unbelievable quality.

A bit of a slow starter in germination, took almost 5 days for one to pop. But once it got going, it caught up to the others fast. Looking strong in week 3 of veg.

These seeds are the real deal. Dark, striped, and healthy. Every single one popped and the seedlings are the strongest I’ve had in years. You get what you pay for.I ran these in a DWC setup and they absolutely exploded. Had to raise my lights twice in the first two weeks of flower. The trichome production is insane, even the fan leaves are getting frosty. Expecting a massive yield based on the bud development at week 6.

Running a commercial operation, consistency is key. I trialed a pack and was impressed by the phenotype uniformity. All plants hit the 8-9 week flowering window as advertised. Yield was well above average.
